Great customer service! got my glasses the same day as the appointment!

I needed glasses repaired and this shop did an excellent job, even sent the glasses to a different location in Hayward because they didn't have the right drill.

I had a very good experience at this place. Dr. Brittney Nguyen and the front desk lady(I don't remember her name) were both professional and understanding. Even when I needed to get a second eye exam Dr. Nguyen was very helpful in trying to make sure I got the correct prescription. Their collection of frames may not be as big as some other places, but I was able to find a frame that I really liked.

Got an eye exam the other day. The process was quick and efficient. Dr. Brittany was professional and nice. There were many frames to choose from but I decided to get contact lenses. I highly recommend this place! The staff is nice.

The exam was thorough and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. They had a very large selection of frames to choose from. I bought 2 pairs of glasses made and am satisfied with the workmanship.
